HSN (HNBR) 80 568-410

The HSN80410 is an AS568-410 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.6 in (66.04 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.15 in (80.01 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. This material stands up to heat and oxidation, ozone and weathering, and petroleum oils and fuels. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones or esters.
