Ordered as HSN80412, this is an AS568-412 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 2.85 in (72.39 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.4 in (86.36 mm). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Expect good resistance to ozone and weathering, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and petroleum oils and fuels. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, excellent abrasion and tear strength. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to strong oxidizing acids or esters will shorten service life.
