Part number HSN80419 is an AS568-419 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 3.725 in (94.62 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.275 in (108.59 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression and the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability.
