Ordered as HSN80421, this is an AS568-421 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 3.975 in (100.97 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.525 in (114.94 mm). The o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Expect good resistance to heat and oxidation, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and petroleum oils and fuels. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to ketones or esters will shorten service life.
