HSN (HNBR) 80 568-442

Ordered as HSN80442, this is an AS568-442 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 7.225 in (183.52 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.775 in (197.49 mm). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, excellent abrasion and tear strength. The material holds up against ozone and weathering, modern refrigerants, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).
