HSN80444 is an AS568-444 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 7.725 in (196.22 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.275 in (210.19 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, excellent abrasion and tear strength. This material stands up to heat and oxidation, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and modern refrigerants. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Verify compatibility before use with strong oxidizing acids or chlorinated hydrocarbons.
