This o-ring is supplied in AS568-452 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A measuring an inside diameter of 11.475 in (291.47 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 12.025 in (305.44 mm), catalogued under part number HSN80452. It remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

It resists sour gas and amine inhibitors, ozone and weathering, and petroleum oils and fuels. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers excellent abrasion and tear strength, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Verify compatibility before use with esters or ketones.
