The HSN80460 is an AS568-460 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 15.475 in (393.07 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 16.025 in (407.04 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. This material stands up to ozone and weathering, petroleum oils and fuels, and modern refrigerants. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).
