HSN (HNBR) 80 568-470

APG stocks the HSN80470, an AS568-470 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 20.955 in (532.26 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 21.505 in (546.23 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for excellent abrasion and tear strength, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. This material stands up to modern refrigerants, ozone and weathering, and petroleum oils and fuels. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in strong oxidizing acids or esters.
