HSN (HNBR) 80 568-903

Part number HSN80903 is an AS568-903 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.301 in (7.65 mm), a cross section of 0.064 in (1.63 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.429 in (10.9 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The compound resists petroleum oils and fuels, heat and oxidation, and ozone and weathering. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where chlorinated hydrocarbons or esters are present.

Typical settings include commercial refrigeration, heavy-duty powertrain, and engine timing systems.
