HSN (HNBR) 80 568-924

The HSN80924 is an AS568-924 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.72 in (43.69 mm), a cross section of 0.118 in (3 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.956 in (49.68 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression and oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Expect good resistance to heat and oxidation, ozone and weathering, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).
