The HSN80932 is an AS568-932 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.337 in (59.36 mm), a cross section of 0.118 in (3 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.573 in (65.35 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. It resists petroleum oils and fuels, modern refrigerants, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where esters or ketones are present.

It sees regular use in oilfield and downhole equipment, commercial refrigeration, and heavy-duty powertrain.
