The H70MD002 is an AS568-002 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.042 in (1.07 mm), a cross section of 0.05 in (1.27 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.142 in (3.61 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. Expect good resistance to water, many alcohols, and petroleum-based oils. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C).
