-201 BLACK BUNA 70D O-RING

H70MD201 is an AS568-201 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.171 in (4.34 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.449 in (11.4 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for strong abrasion and tear resistance, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. The compound resists greases and lubricants, propane and butane, and water. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). Applications involving strong acids or ozone and direct sunlight call for a different compound.

This o-ring is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Typical settings include general industrial maintenance, automotive, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
