H70MD273 is an AS568-273 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 9.734 in (247.24 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 10.012 in (254.3 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Expect good resistance to petroleum-based oils, greases and lubricants, and many alcohols. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs and the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. Exposure to strong acids or automotive brake fluid will shorten service life.
