An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is known for the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. This material stands up to greases and lubricants, many alcohols, and hydraulic fluids. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where polar solvents or strong acids are present.
