Part number H70MD311 is an AS568-311 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.537 in (13.64 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.957 in (24.31 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer and an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. Expect good resistance to hydraulic fluids, many alcohols, and greases and lubricants. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service.

This o-ring is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Common environments for this compound include hydraulic and pneumatic systems, agricultural equipment, and general industrial maintenance.
