Ordered as H70MD374, this is an AS568-374 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 9.225 in (234.32 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.645 in (244.98 mm). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The compound resists hydraulic fluids, propane and butane, and greases and lubricants. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) offers an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs, strong abrasion and tear resistance. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where ozone and direct sunlight or strong acids are present.
