APG stocks the H70MD403, an AS568-403 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.725 in (43.82 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.275 in (57.79 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, strong abrasion and tear resistance. Expect good resistance to greases and lubricants, many alcohols, and propane and butane. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C).

This o-ring is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Typical settings include hydraulic and pneumatic systems, general industrial maintenance, and automotive.
