The H70MD407 is an AS568-407 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 2.225 in (56.52 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.775 in (70.49 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

This material stands up to many alcohols, petroleum-based oils, and propane and butane. Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, low compression set under sustained load. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). Applications involving strong acids or polar solvents call for a different compound.

This o-ring is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across construction equipment, agricultural equipment, and general industrial maintenance.
