H70MD411 is an AS568-411 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.725 in (69.22 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.275 in (83.19 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer and economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. This material stands up to many alcohols, petroleum-based oils, and propane and butane. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where polar solvents or strong acids are present.

This o-ring is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Typical settings include fluid power, construction equipment, and agricultural equipment.
