H70MD436 is an AS568-436 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 5.85 in (148.59 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.4 in (162.56 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

The material holds up against many alcohols, hydraulic fluids, and propane and butane. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) is widely chosen for low compression set under sustained load, strong abrasion and tear resistance.
