-451 BLACK BUNA 70D O-RING

H70MD451 is an AS568-451 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 10.975 in (278.77 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 11.525 in (292.74 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Expect good resistance to petroleum-based oils, water, and many alcohols. Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers strong abrasion and tear resistance, low compression set under sustained load. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. Applications involving strong acids or ozone and direct sunlight call for a different compound.

This item is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Common environments for this compound include hydraulic and pneumatic systems, construction equipment, and general industrial maintenance.
