Part number H70MD458 is an AS568-458 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 14.475 in (367.67 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 15.025 in (381.64 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for strong abrasion and tear resistance, low compression set under sustained load. The material holds up against hydraulic fluids, propane and butane, and water. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where ozone and direct sunlight or ketones are present.
