H70MD473 is an AS568-473 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 23.94 in (608.08 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 24.49 in (622.05 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Expect good resistance to hydraulic fluids, water, and propane and butane. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) is valued for strong abrasion and tear resistance, the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C).
