-914 BLACK BUNA 70D O-RING

The H70MD914 is an AS568-914 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.047 in (26.59 mm), a cross section of 0.116 in (2.95 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.279 in (32.49 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The compound resists greases and lubricants, hydraulic fluids, and petroleum-based oils. Buna-N (Nitrile) is valued for reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Applications involving polar solvents or automotive brake fluid call for a different compound.

This item is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. It sees regular use in automotive, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and general industrial maintenance.
