-001 BLUE FKM 75D O-RING

The V75MD001 is an AS568-001 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.029 in (0.74 mm), a cross section of 0.04 in (1.02 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.109 in (2.77 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Expect good resistance to aggressive chemicals, chlorinated solvents, and petroleum oils and fuels. Viton® (FKM) is specified for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where ketones and esters or hot water and steam are present.

The compound meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. You will find this material specified across automotive fuel systems, aerospace, and chemical processing.
