-045 BLUE FKM 75D O-RING

V75MD045 is an AS568-045 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 3.989 in (101.32 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.129 in (104.88 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

This material stands up to petroleum oils and fuels, engine and transmission fluids, and many acids. Viton® (FKM) is specified for very low compression set at elevated temperature and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Exposure to amines or hot water and steam will shorten service life.

This o-ring meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. It sees regular use in chemical processing, aerospace, and oil and gas.
