-103 BLUE FKM 75D O-RING

APG stocks the V75MD103, an AS568-103 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.081 in (2.06 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.287 in (7.29 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and outstanding high-temperature capability. The compound resists petroleum oils and fuels, chlorinated solvents, and many acids. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving hot water and steam or amines call for a different compound.

The compound meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. It sees regular use in semiconductor equipment, aerospace, and automotive fuel systems.
