Ordered as V75MD128, this is an AS568-128 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.487 in (37.77 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.693 in (43 mm). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is known for very low compression set at elevated temperature and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. The material holds up against many acids, aggressive chemicals, and engine and transmission fluids. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C).
