-150 BLUE FKM 75D O-RING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-150 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 2.862 in (72.69 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.068 in (77.93 mm), catalogued under part number V75MD150. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Expect good resistance to petroleum oils and fuels, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvents. Viton® (FKM) offers outstanding high-temperature capability, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where amines or low-molecular-weight organic acids are present.

The compound meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. It sees regular use in automotive fuel systems, semiconductor equipment, and high-temperature process equipment.
