APG stocks the V75MD164, an AS568-164 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 6.237 in (158.42 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.443 in (163.65 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

It resists chlorinated solvents, aggressive chemicals, and many acids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) delivers outstanding high-temperature capability and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in amines or ketones and esters.
