Part number V75MD239 is an AS568-239 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 3.609 in (91.67 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.887 in (98.73 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

The compound resists chlorinated solvents, petroleum oils and fuels, and many acids. Viton® (FKM) is known for outstanding high-temperature capability and very low compression set at elevated temperature. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Exposure to ketones and esters or hot water and steam will shorten service life.

This o-ring meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Common environments for this compound include high-temperature process equipment, oil and gas, and aerospace.
