-320 BLUE FKM 75D O-RING

APG stocks the V75MD320, an AS568-320 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.1 in (27.94 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.52 in (38.61 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Expect good resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, and many acids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and very low compression set at elevated temperature. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in hot water and steam or ketones and esters.

The compound meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. It sees regular use in high-temperature process equipment, semiconductor equipment, and automotive fuel systems.
