APG stocks the V75MD320, an AS568-320 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.1 in (27.94 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.52 in (38.61 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.
Expect good resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, and many acids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and very low compression set at elevated temperature. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in hot water and steam or ketones and esters.
