V75MD344 is an AS568-344 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 3.85 in (97.79 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.27 in (108.46 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. This material stands up to aggressive chemicals, engine and transmission fluids, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving low-molecular-weight organic acids or amines call for a different compound.

This o-ring meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. It sees regular use in chemical processing, aerospace, and semiconductor equipment.
