The V75MD346 is an AS568-346 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 4.1 in (104.14 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.52 in (114.81 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. It resists chlorinated solvents, aggressive chemicals, and petroleum oils and fuels. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in low-molecular-weight organic acids or hot water and steam.

The compound meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Typical settings include aerospace, automotive fuel systems, and high-temperature process equipment.
