The V75MD355 is an AS568-355 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 5.225 in (132.72 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.645 in (143.38 mm). This o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. It resists aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum oils and fuels, and engine and transmission fluids. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. Applications involving hot water and steam or low-molecular-weight organic acids call for a different compound.

This item meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. It sees regular use in high-temperature process equipment, aerospace, and automotive fuel systems.
