V75MD360 is an AS568-360 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 5.85 in (148.59 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.27 in (159.26 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) offers excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. Expect good resistance to petroleum oils and fuels, many acids, and chlorinated solvents. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with hot water and steam or ketones and esters.

The compound meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. It sees regular use in aerospace, automotive fuel systems, and semiconductor equipment.
