Ordered as V75MD380, this is an AS568-380 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 11.475 in (291.47 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 11.895 in (302.13 mm). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) offers outstanding high-temperature capability and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. It resists engine and transmission fluids, petroleum oils and fuels, and chlorinated solvents. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving amines or ketones and esters call for a different compound.

This o-ring meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. It sees regular use in automotive fuel systems, aerospace, and chemical processing.
