This o-ring is supplied in AS568-382 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A with an inside diameter of 12.975 in (329.57 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 13.395 in (340.23 mm), catalogued under part number V75MD382. It provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

The material holds up against chlorinated solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, and many acids. Viton® (FKM) delivers outstanding high-temperature capability and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where hot water and steam or low-molecular-weight organic acids are present.
