-395 BLUE FKM 75D O-RING

The V75MD395 is an AS568-395 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 25.94 in (658.88 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 26.36 in (669.54 mm). This o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

The compound resists chlorinated solvents, petroleum oils and fuels, and many acids. Viton® (FKM) is specified for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where low-molecular-weight organic acids or hot water and steam are present.

The compound meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. It sees regular use in chemical processing, semiconductor equipment, and high-temperature process equipment.
