Ordered as V75MD407, this is an AS568-407 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 2.225 in (56.52 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.775 in (70.49 mm). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

This material stands up to aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, and engine and transmission fluids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is valued for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and very low compression set at elevated temperature.
