This o-ring is supplied in AS568-409 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A measuring an inside diameter of 2.475 in (62.87 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.025 in (76.84 mm), catalogued under part number V75MD409. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is known for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments.
