-420 BLUE FKM 75D O-RING

V75MD420 is an AS568-420 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 3.85 in (97.79 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.4 in (111.76 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Viton® (FKM) delivers outstanding high-temperature capability and very low compression set at elevated temperature. It resists engine and transmission fluids, aromatic hydrocarbons, and petroleum oils and fuels. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where amines or hot water and steam are present.

This item meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. It sees regular use in aerospace, high-temperature process equipment, and automotive fuel systems.
