APG stocks the V75MD421, an AS568-421 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 3.975 in (100.97 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.525 in (114.94 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

The compound resists petroleum oils and fuels, aggressive chemicals, and chlorinated solvents. Viton® (FKM) is valued for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where hot water and steam or amines are present.

This o-ring meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Typical settings include semiconductor equipment, high-temperature process equipment, and automotive fuel systems.
