-422 BLUE FKM 75D O-RING

V75MD422 is an AS568-422 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 4.1 in (104.14 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.65 in (118.11 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is specified for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. This material stands up to many acids, petroleum oils and fuels, and aggressive chemicals. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in hot water and steam or low-molecular-weight organic acids.

This item meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Typical settings include automotive fuel systems, semiconductor equipment, and chemical processing.
