-460 BLUE FKM 75D O-RING

The V75MD460 is an AS568-460 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 15.475 in (393.07 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 16.025 in (407.04 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for very low compression set at elevated temperature and outstanding high-temperature capability. Expect good resistance to chlorinated solvents, aggressive chemicals, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where hot water and steam or low-molecular-weight organic acids are present.

This o-ring meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. It sees regular use in aerospace, chemical processing, and high-temperature process equipment.
