This o-ring is supplied in AS568-466 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A measuring an inside diameter of 18.455 in (468.76 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 19.005 in (482.73 mm), catalogued under part number V75MD466. It remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Viton® (FKM) is specified for very low compression set at elevated temperature, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. This material stands up to engine and transmission fluids, chlorinated solvents, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service.
