-470 BLUE FKM 75D O-RING

The V75MD470 is an AS568-470 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 20.955 in (532.26 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 21.505 in (546.23 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

This material stands up to aggressive chemicals, engine and transmission fluids, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for outstanding high-temperature capability and very low compression set at elevated temperature. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in amines or ketones and esters.

The compound meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Typical settings include chemical processing, automotive fuel systems, and aerospace.
