V75MD473 is an AS568-473 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 23.94 in (608.08 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 24.49 in (622.05 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

It resists many acids, aggressive chemicals, and engine and transmission fluids. Viton® (FKM) delivers excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving low-molecular-weight organic acids or hot water and steam call for a different compound.

This o-ring meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across aerospace, oil and gas, and high-temperature process equipment.
